One of the major things that differentiate first world countries from third world countries is infrastructure. Infrastructure is a vital part of the economy, and in his tweet storm, Shervin Pishevar says that America is lagging behind in terms of infrastructure compared to other developed economies such as China.

Shervin Pishevar says that it is about time America got out of its comfort zone and put a little effort on infrastructural development. He tweeted that “Speed of execution across many sectors from other regions is startling. Very little of frictions that are becoming systemic fractures here.” This is something that needs to be addressed pronto or else there will be major consequences.

In order to achieve the desired growth, things need to be done in a timely manner. Shervin Pishevar, in another tweet clearly notes that China has overtaken the United States in matters infrastructure. He says “As an example of speed of execution that exists now in China. Last week China built a train station in 9 hours.” Yes, people, nine hours, and an efficient transport system was put in place. The train station was worked on by 1500 Chinese construction workers. In addition, this is something the U.S. government ought to emulate.

America is a developed country, and it is capable of achieving the same or better results. Change is not only inevitable but also necessary. Shervin Pishevar expressed his frustration by the way the U.S. government has been handling these matters. He tweeted that “Meanwhile, our infrastructure is in tatters, decrypt and decaying. Our government and companies are trapped in short-term thinking.” Unless initiative is taken, such things will continue to affect economic growth in America.

In his view, the government should welcome innovative thinking with open arms. Taking infrastructural development matters on a serious note will not only see the U.S. grow but also create vast employment opportunities for its citizens. There are numerous projects that can be undertaken to help make the lives of the American people better. The rate of unemployment will decrease, and people will have easier access to facilities.
